• Do you offer delivery? Yes, we offer local delivery. Head to the "Dog Treats & Cakes" page and select delivery - you will be prompted to input your address and select a  delivery date/time.  We offer shipping Canada-wide as well (see Treat Haus page to add to cart)

• Do you offer pickup? Yes. Head to the "Dog Treats & Cakes" page for the pick up option and select a date/time. Once your order is placed, we will email you pick up location.

• Is everything natural? Yes, we avoid all harmful ingredients and only provide high quality, natural treats and cakes

• Can everything be customised? Yes, there is space under each item for customisation. Please let us know of any allergies and/or sensitivities.

• Do you support any non-profit organizations? Yes, so far we supported the Ottawa Dog Rescue and Riverview Rescues,  all donations and/or adoptions are greatly appreciated.

• Can I order a larger quantity than 12? Yes, please submit your requests on our contact page or email us at info@dogpawtisserie.ca​

• Storage? Items are best refrigerated (up to 3 weeks) or frozen (2-3 months). Shelf life is currently up to 1 week
